Big grey Lego castle flanked by smaller medieval buildings. It's hanging off the front of a shelf and scraping the one above.
And done! OMG it only just fits on my shelf, had to swap the tallest flag down to a lower turret 😂 Looks great with the rest of the village. Definitely lived up to all the hype about this set.
Selling on www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/c... for ~$60 so doesn't seem like a good deal unless you're making bets on the price when it's retired...

Lego ratchet mechanism for a portcullis. It has a squishy rubber piece that keeps a lever in place against a gear until you lift it.
Ok I thought the hinged wall but was the best mechanism in this set, then I thought it was the drawbridge, but I think this squishy ratchet is my favorite now! Nearly done!
