It is a subclass of Module provided by the language. There may be a keyword or other API sugar in the future to help with conventions but the core is the Namespace class.

@tagomoris.bsky.social is working on a branch that will soon be merged behind a flag. I've tested it locally and the basic idea works, the main tricky implementation issue being that common gems loaded in separate namespaces will duplicate memory.
