Oh not from a canon perspective of course! I mean in terms of quality. Might mean less episodes like the Road To ones. Having Stewie centric episodes in the main show could be redundant. Idk I could be totally off-base, could be a separate writing team entirely!
I think my only real concern is that it could wind up devaluing the Brian + Stewie focussed FG episodes a bit. They tend to be some of the strongest!

I caved on Pikmin 1 + 2 and I cannot believe I slept on this series for so long. I’m over halfway through the first game and I love it to bits so far.
I’m actually getting on really well with 1 so far, absolutely loving the game and could see Pikmin becoming one of my favourite Nintendo franchises very quickly! 12 days in and have 16 ship parts.
