The Iran war is spinning out of control because those charged with US strategic policy are unequipped to handle it. It is no longer an Israel -Iran -US conflict 17 nations are now involved

A couple things…

The “conflict“ in Iran *IS* a war.
It is a war of choice.
It is warfare without conscious.
It was unprovoked.

And I’m sick and tired of people suggesting & implying the only tragedies herein are that US Service Members have died. The people of Iran are innocents in this conflict!

So remarkably frustrated by the United States government this week. That it is in the hands of the worst, most incompetent, most compromised people. Ideologues and grifters. That our society enables it all. That they give a blank check to war mongers and the 1% and literally starve the country.

Kristi Noem has done a stunning amount of damage and it’s good she’s gone.

But this doesn’t change the fact that we need a complete overhaul of DHS, impartial investigations into the killings of two American citizens, and information on children that were taken from Minnesota.

It is so damning of US news media that so many outlets refuse to just straight up say that Senator Tim Sheehy assaulted an activist.

He did not "help" Capitol police. They did not need his help. He wanted to assault the guy and did. He should resign.

Reminder that the US military budget is larger than the military spending of the next nine largest countries combined.

Over half goes to private defense contractors.

This is the military-industrial complex Eisenhower warned of — on steroids.

However, they evidently needed reminding since recently Trump ordered an attack on Iran w/o Congressional declaration of war.

It's interesting how the justifications for starting a tariff war and starting all these military wars have been so similar: the world has been conspiring against us for years, they treat us with disrespect, it was insufferable, etc. It's like America is a paranoid jealous husband.
