I forgot about Bluesky.... oops. Car is done, drives wonderfully, and I couldn't be happier!

I feel called out by this.

It was only kicking the cloud of smoke under heavy load. Even in their shop it ran good numbers on the dyno. They said the rust has been there a long time, probably sat a long time (36k miles in 24 years). Even for them it drove fine, just not under load.

Engine tear down and rebuild coming up it looks like. Waiting on a quote for rebuild and another quote for doing a stroker kit. Definitely not the news I wanted or needed yesterday.

I guess I should start using this one more, huh?

I got some unfortunate news yesterday from the shop who is working on my car. Rust with some pitting on cylinder walls and pistons and lots of oil before and after the turbos. It looks like it sat for a while and there was water in the engine. #FML

Not yet. Not too active on the other either, but need to swap more to this one.
