Law school clinics do incredibly important work and the accusation here that representing people the government disagrees with is somehow a misuse of public funds (!) should alarm anyone in legal academia and beyond.

The president’s attempt to fire me doesn’t just hurt consumers. It also hurts small businesses like the ones we’re trying to protect in our lawsuit against Amazon.
