Corporation for Public Broadcasting formally dissolves after nearly 60 years The Corporation for Public Broadcasting has formally dissolved after nearly 60 years. This comes after a formal vote in January, after the corporation was stripped of federal funding.

That's it.

As of yesterday, CPB has dissolved and has officially ceased to exist after 58 years.

WBAA To Move News/Talk & Classical Stations - RadioInsight

I missed this, but I want to mention it.

Back in Nov. 2025, WBAA put its public news/talk format full-time on 101.3 FM in addition to AM 920. The Classical format moved to 105.9 W290CM, and Jazz moved from WBAA-HD2 to HD3.
