If you keep using them, people will think that everything you say is total BS. It is a two-letter acronym everyone knows but doesnβt like to use except when one deserves it.
Yes, it can be a necessary evil as you sometimes need to signal that you are one of the tribe, but try and stay away from three-letter acronyms like CPM, CPC, or COB, and avoid the four-letter ones like ASAP, SWOT, or AIDA.

When you cultivate a passionate community, you create evangelists who spread your message with more authenticity than any ad ever could. Your community becomes your credibility.

Exceed expectations
If you give them what they paid for, it will be forgettable. If they get what they imagined, it will be memorable. But if you blow their mind, it will be unforgettable. Do that.

Get out in front of the narrative and control it. Do not let others define it for you. State your case on your owned and operated channels. Go direct and communicate directly.
