Hey everyone, copy Naomi and come study Classical Studies with us 😊
They're nothing super special, but I use these. My hair isn't thick, but is fairly long and I have it up in a clip often because hair ties give me a headache/sore scalp. I find these comfy and pretty grippy, and they hold all the hair, even twisted up in a bunch.

Trying to write a lecture on Demosthenes Third Philippic, but keep getting stuck on those opening lines:
'even if everyone who spoke here wanted to propose and you wanted to vote for what was sure to put our affairs in the worst state, I don't believe things could be any worse than they are now.'
There are two wolves inside of me: one that accepts that language meaning should be based on usage, and one that wants to scream when I hear 'that's so performative'
