I did the same thing and reached the same conclusion and my wife is alive! I guess there are plenty of folks who view BlueSky as a dating app or source for victims. 🤷‍♂️

The anti-Bluesky discourse seems really overheated and dumb. It's a website, FFS. There's plenty of interesting discussion on it and a lot of smart people on it as well. It hasn't supplanted Twitter, true, but the idea that this represents some sort of major disqualifying failure is farcical.

By moving to the “center,” Democrats have failed to fight the forces that led us to Trump: widening inequality and the unchecked power of billionaires.

There's no "center" anymore between a takeover of the government by oligarchs and true freedom.

Dems need to learn this.

Trump's big, ugly budget megabill gives ICE more agents than the FBI, more jails than the federal Bureau of Prisons, and a larger budget than most countries' militaries.

It does this by stripping food away from children, the disabled, and the working poor.

Not one more penny.

These two assholes are having a conversation like things are just totally normal with ICE and all we need is to have some administrative recommendations on improved training and standard operating procedures. “How can we fix the Gestapo” is a ridiculous tack. ICE must be abolished.

This is important. The head of CBP says here that his agency did NOT provide the assessment that led DHS to label Alex Pretti a terrorist looking to inflict mass casualties.

That appears to contradict Stephen Miller's claim that the initial assessment was based on CBP reports:
