I was given chelation treatment tor a few years as a kid and it was so horrible. It literally felt like every cell in my body was being squeezed of all life. My parents always gave me Gatorade after to replenish electrolytes. I couldn't drink Gatorade for years after I finally convinced them to stop

it rly sucks that the U.S. seems to be maybe the hardest country on earth to wean off of car dependence
it's not the issue of this story, but it is a transparent example of how the "cars are freedom" narrative is a complete farce. when the state controls your movement and can immobilize you on a whim, you are not free. car dependency is an arm of fascism for the car *IS* fascism and must be abolished.

I have 3A or 3B hair, not entirely sure exactly. I use a pillowcase to dry my hair after I use leave-in conditioner. I always felt towels were never secure enough, but perhaps I was just doing it wrong? The pillowcase method seems to work well though.
