Two versions of B exist too.

B(i). Ignores gravity until the animation completes
B(ii). Gravity applies, allowing the attack to "curve", in a sense.

I like both.

A runs the risk of players getting frustrated by an uncancellable misinput. (Unless you allow animation cancels out of the attack)
