SVG paths are weird: getPointAtLength() does not produce a subpath with that length. My illustration below subdivides a curve 2, 3, 4, then 5 times.
red circles: `getPointAtLength(length/subdivisions)`
blue circles: binary search to find the subpath with the expected length

"PX of Onablo." This work takes advantage of the color-cycling feature which allows a static image to be recolored in an animated fashion. This is a classic technique found in many "dpaint" (Deluxe Paint) animations.
