There are 750 homeless in America. Watch the homeless camp along the beach & streets in Venice, Cal & Phil, Penn. Workers rip their meager belongings from the sidewalks & make them move. They go across the street or onto another block. Most are mentally ill and/or drug addicted. One drone? $5 mil.
