Looks like the overall predictions were closer, but regionally it was less accurate. Both underestimated Cons in Ontario, but this one overestimated Cons in BC by the same amount.

It's a silly question.
A poll measures how voters are inclined to vote "if the election were held today." The election isn't being held today. Polls reflect where things are now, not where they will be in a week. If you want to know where things will be next week, talk to Paul Atredies, not a pollster.
Some Alberta separatists are completely honest in their desires to not be a part of Canada, but I have spoken to many who consider the threat of separation to be a negotiating tactic. I've literally heard the phrase, "It works for Quebec" several times.
Polls are wrong the way weather reports are wrong. They seldom nail it, but they are more accurate than "Well, I don't see any clouds, so it probably won't rain today."
The formula is simple.
