Charlottesville Council to vote on honorary street name honoring Mel Walker For nearly four decades, Mel Walker fed the masses from West Main Street in Charlottesville. Now, a block of that street could be named in his honor.

Charlottesville City Council passes the resolution renaming a portion of West Main Street in honor of the universally loved restauranteur Mel Walker. If you know this city, you already know what part of West Main.

Tonight and every Monday night Brazos at IX has hand-pressed corn tortillas and pupusas!

If your cozy box is on the ground in Charlottesville, yes.

Get dressed and come out of your cozy box so you can eat tacos and then go right back to your cozy box.

Overnight icing has made for some treacherous conditions out there this morning. We're waiting until 11am to open today.

We expect everything to be back to normal tomorrow for breakfast and coffee at 8m!

We’ve got enough folks who can make it to open safely at 11am so that’s when we‘ll get rolling.

Also please come warm up if that’s what you need. The heat is on and everyone is welcome to it.

Cville doesn’t seems ready at all so we’re going to stay closed today. We’ll open up tomorrow at 11am.

We‘re aiming to open for dinner at 3pm at both locations

Ok so we can 100% say for sure we will be closed all day Sunday.
