oops, I didn't see what the hashtag was being used for. Perhaps we need an intersection of the list+hashtag or another more unique hashtag.
Do PL people prefer the PLSky feed to be activated only if they use the hashtag #PLSky? Or are we okay with a simple allowlist from bsky.app/profile/k4rt... as it currently stands? Or a union of both?

I like the idea of hashtags/emoji but it's hard to communicate that as a retirement to a diverse group of people. I'll wait on that until I gain more feedback.
