Reports of mould have somebody sent round to temporarily remove it with a spray.
Inevitably the mould returns in a few weeks - because the repair hasn't even *tried* to address the underlying issue.
Great for the contractor but.... terrible...

I have this too.... but my battery seems to mitigate these peaks pretty well.
Unless you have a *lot* of electricity use going on, then a 3 hour evening peak is pretty easy to power from a battery.
