Also starfinder relay system is kinda cool cause there is one place in the galaxy that has a omega warp drive kinda macguffin like and you can go there from anywhere in like 3 days travel (but back travel takes time) so its a bit galactic hub for the scenario

People need to be there though and the access to building these drives is more or less restricted to the main governmental body so outer edges of space or newly settled places are kinda isolated until infrastructure is built and then theyre in with everything which creaters a cool

I like the Lancer one where is like magical dimension but actually its kinda just time dilatation but its contained to places that have like "mass relays" that are entries and exits to the magical dimension and although theyre somewhat available a bit part of worldbuilding is that
