I met a young editor today who was editing for free and trying to navigate the process of opening her company. I was able to assist her find someone established to take her under their wing!

It's a major reason behind authors moving from Amazon.

They often punish authors for things. If an authors work ends up on some other platform and was plagiarized, they still punish the author.

They also have some odd issue with reviewing something they don't see you purchased through them. Its very strange.

Some people read for the movie that plays out in their head while digesting someone else's work. Not everything is a battleground.

Recently someone told me they don't having writing goals. At the end of explaining what they do they said, "Write what you can when you can, and be proud of your efforts."

Today I share this with you so you can be proud of your efforts.

Authors shouldn't publish their work and then attack others for reading it. Everyone has a like or dislike. If you fit into the dislike category then that is how it is. Don't take it personal.
