Music has also gotten a bit of love lately. From reworks to the main menu theme to match the new menu, to character theme reworks that sounds so much better than the originals!

We're currently working on the future tracks since they appear sooner than you think~

Speaking of, the character designs are almost done for the entirety of Chapter 1. I ended up scrapping most side characters since some aren't recurring later down the line, but who knows? That could change.

Once we're done with the designs, it's onto the sprite rework!

Progress update!

While the artwork remains unmoved since the last time (important reason for that!!), the script for Chapter 2 Act 1 is now complete (albeit, needs polishing).

I'm moving into Act 2 and then Act 3. I might keep going with Chapter 3 if the base assets aren't finished by June 👍

Motivation is drying up again.

We hope this year is better than the last. Lots of stuff happening in particular~

Our focus is on the important characters that are recurring throughout the story.

Also, we're nearly at the last batch of character designs for Chapter 1. Was debating on having the background/NPC characters have sprites, but I noticed other VNs did it just fine, and it wouldn't make sense for characters that have like five minutes of game time before never existing again lol

Just realized that the image alignment for the game page is borked on mobile. Because while everyone else's picture rearranges itself just fine, mine is offset. It's driving me nuts!

At this point, I'll be at this for another two hours 🫠
