He was even planned to be a female character before Hasbro got a whiff of girl germs and told the writer not to.
And not to sound insensitive (but it's coming from Bats himself being insensitive in turn), but the way he carries on you'd think he was the only crimefighter in his world with dead parents.
Which is like walking into McDonalds and asserting you're the only person who likes cheeseburgers.
One of the issues with latter-day #Batman stories is that they try to present putting on a costume to fight crime as a fundamentally unhealthy way to deal with his issues while he lives in a world where thousands of stable people do the same thing on the regular.
It's #GreenWeek and #EngineersWeek, so what better time for the Desk-Bots to be those green engineers, the Constructicons?
