He got a Nazi tattoo, he frequents anti-Semitic podcasts and posters, he says racist and misogynistic and homophobic shit on reddit...reality called, he's a wannabe Nazi. And, as I frequently point out he's also not equipped to lead anything. You could spin in a circle and point and do better
Mind you, I don't believe a word of Platner's story. He knew what it was and he got it on purpose is my bet. But even if I somehow believed that lots of active duty white guys had no idea what imagery is racist, I know there's a fucking book or poster in their unit to tell them what not to do.
In that moment (let's say he didn't know it was a Nazi tattoo, I don't buy it) that the tattoo artist asked about it and he learned what it was....he should have gotten it covered up. If someone told me I had a nazi tattoo, I'd probably cut it out of my own skin but I'd certainly cover it up.
