Bluesky, why is my moka pot suddenly giving me rancid coffee? Sort of metallic in flavor. I've changed nothing in my technique. Cleaned with vinegar once, went through some cycles with water, three batches today to try to build up that oil that people mythologize about-- nothing but wasted coffee.
