So per those reposts, I won the under-Masters SF6 tournament at @studysession.bsky.social's FITS 3 today.
I never really expected to win a tournament at all - I just wanted to find a place where I could play in person, to see if I could get better at these games. And yet I did find a community...
...for sticking with this silent goof trying to bumble his way in Ultra SFIV with Rose against people way beyond my talent level. And I also want to thank @treewizfgc.bsky.social for being one of my biggest fans even as he's sweeping the SF6 locals here in the Bay.

I'll be honest - two FGC sub communities I was missing here on Bsky were Japanese Project Justice, and my local SF scene (NorCal).
Getting a top player from the latter in @treewizfgc.bsky.social is a good step in the right direction.
