The most impactful institution in most people's lives is not the government, it’s their workplace. We'll fight for the right to vote for a politician, but blindly accept dictatorships at work. Worker cooperatives prove there’s another way. I’m starting a new thing designed to make them easier.
My previous contract has ended.
It's been a good chapter but it's time to resharpen my edges and dig back into the things that matter most. Principles for 2026:
Democratize the workplace.
Design the world I want to live in.
Align with the converted.

Good catch @chrisviolette.dev! I built the next starter. I’d love to say there’s a good reason… but it’s simply that I built the index template first, learned about useAysncData while working on other parts, and didn’t go back to update it 😄 *goes back to my cave to make it consistent*
