Supreme Court rejects toy companies' request to expedite tariff challenge ruling An appellate court is due to hear another, broader tariff case in late July.

Rough timeline in the legal fight against IEEPA-based tariffs. When individual liberties are at stake, "expedited" review often means days. Not so with the tariff cases. Both relevant cases are on appeal (Fed & DC Circuits) w/ "expedited" July hearings. SCOTUS declined to force a shorter timeline.
