Absolutely, I only bought these to have balanced introductory decks without having to go through the faff of deck building with my bulk and hoping the decks would somewhat be balanced. But to be quite honest, I'm tempted to buy more packs and discover all the possible combinations!
I introduced my girlfriend to MTG with 4 J25 booster packs we played and swapped, and we enjoyed it a lot! Honestly a great way to teach people the basics of the game, and the interactions are interesting enough for seasoned players to pull some great plays.
