The problem with using depth fog in Godot is you can still see the far clipping plane unless the sky is a single color that matches the fog.

To solve this, I tried adding an effect that makes things sort of just dissolve when they get far enough away.

It seems a lot of Gnosia fans are unhappy with how the anime adaptation has turned out. That's a shame. It does make me want to check out the game though.

A year ago I started making a game called "Chumaky". I originally planned to finish the project in three months with just one travel mechanic. But after seeing the strong interest in it, I decided to turn it into a full game.

Honestly: at this point I actually think the best chance to stop total surveillance shit like #ChatControl (1.0 and later also 2.0 hopefully) lies actually here in the EU because people here seem to pay the most attention to and therefore fight the most back against that shit.

Updating the camera, added look-ahead! It tilts to show the direction you face. Tracks you sharply on the x/z-plane but lags on the y-plane so jumps don't jerk the cam around. And it'll tilt sharply if you ascend or fall quickly, to show where you'll land!
