We playtested "Teenage Ninja Fighting School" by @brennanrtaylor.bsky.social and it was pretty great - it uses card decks in a really clever way for fight scenes!

recently re-read Child of Fire by Harry Connolly something like more than twelve years after I first read it. Great book and it makes me want to re-read the next two Del Rey published, and then the stuff Connolly published on his own after
