DAP-seq Drives Robust Mapping of Gene Regulation | Joint Genome Institute Multi-species assays yield an unprecedented view of plant evolution and adaptation.

Improvements to DAP-seq technology enable it to handle larger genomes and could expand opportunities for bioenergy and bioengineering applications—via multiplexed assays and data integration with single-cell gene expression maps.

Building a Data Pipeline to Accelerate Discovery Instead of running an experiment, collecting and storing data, and then carrying out complex data analysis -- a new project promises to yield results in real time.

Researchers at @berkeleylab.lbl.gov (incl @esnet.bsky.social) and ORNL have developed an accelerated data pipeline called DELERIA that can stream large amounts of data at very high speeds to an #HPC facility and back for analysis in near real time:

DESI Opens Access to the Largest 3D Map of the Universe Yet A new data release from the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument is now available for researchers to explore.
