Settling in after Thought Bubble, which remains a tonic, and pure comics. I was chatting to newbubber Chloe Maveal about it and she summed it up simply: "I haven't seen a Funko in three days." For a con to be as big as it is, and still be as comics as it is makes it a treasure
Genuine highlight of the Tbubs weekend for me was working with @kierongillen.bsky.social @sofiedodgson.bsky.social #KidAcne and the wonderful Sara Kenney on the "What does music look like?" workshop. A mix of art attack, music therapy and expression that really tested me!
It was so much fun! I found it all surprisingly moving too. My voice is still a wreck ha
