It works well with screenshots of invoices & emails too. Photos of receipts parse correctly. Even dog-eared receipts!
It parses AWS & HP Ink invoices which are really weird formats correctly.
I've not tried hand written notes. That's not my use case.
What are you using extraction for?
What did you mean by line item matching?
Multi currency and multiple line items extraction are already implemented and work well. I've tested it against some pretty complex invoices and it's solid.
I love developing with both Bubble and AI-assisted code.
Both can be very productive. But what really matters are:
1. Planning
2. Maintenance
3. Budget
4. Time
5. Skills.
6. Complexity
These are what inform *how* you build - not the other way around.

Well done. How is Uneed for referrals and genuine users?
Excellent. A classic case of dogfooding. πͺ
Codex is insanely good.
Been setting up 4 x API routes so users can manage Maqoro.com dashboard tasks: reviewing, approving & syncing invoices to Xero.
I discussed what was needed in ChatGPT. It gave me the 4 Codex prompts + 4 smoke tests.
Boom! 4 prompts > 4 new features!

That's a nice win! What sort of ICP engagement did you get?
Freelancers & small businesses: juggling everything is fun⦠until bookkeeping bites.
I built Maqoro.cm to stop supplier invoices piling up and keep my numbers up to date automatically.
Built for myself because Iβm the ideal customer. And I know Iβm not alone.

Containerised hosting helps me maintain progress.
My hosting setup was out of date.
Everything was baked into the server, and beyond MVP, it wasnβt going to scale; technically or operationally.
Now with Docker, I have a clean flexible set up.
Scrappy is great. But maintainable keeps you moving.

haha! Yes indeed. Who'd have thought it. ;-) Thanks for seeing it.
Yeah, I think many people feel the same and will come back (if they remember), at a time that suits them. It is just important to remain a part of the conversation.
Invoice extraction and automation tool for small business.
My demo is now ready. You can come and try Maqoro.com out for yourself.
What started off as an n8n workflow has progress into a @v0.dev marketing site and demo.
I'd love you to try uploading your supplier invoices and seeing how accurate it is.

Yeah, Iβve paired it with V0 for an MVP I am building. For Codex what is working really well is discussing what I want to build with Chat GPT and then asking it to write the prompt for Codex. Codex more often than not one shots each feature I prompt this way.
Recently Codex.
And any kind of invoice layout.
For invoices it accepts PDFs.
I am working on a working demo you can try exactly like that. It should be ready next week.
Yeah itβs really nice if you glue it together using GitHub. Then you have a really nice dev environment; and course deploying to prod is a dream then.
Interesting you say that. I read Google give you an initial 2 week bump to see how you do and whether people respond to your content. Then rank you accordingly.
Of course DR will have been very lowβ¦
I've now got a Maqoro.com demo based around the new branding and landing page (yet to be released).
It show's how it works, and how you in under 1 min, drag and drop an invoice, read it, and securely send to Xero.
Let me know what you think!

Yeah itβs funny really. I was inspired by my eldest son who suffers the same. Heβs been getting up early and said he gets more done and is enjoying it.
Youβre never too old to learn!
Why have you got Slack, Notion and Canva on your list of launches?
Yeah, Iβve always been a night owl. But Iβve been recently getting into the habit of starting work early and finishing early, and I feel better for it; feel like I have more time in the day to do other things.
I've been using V0 for front end & Codex integrated into VS Code for backend. It's been really, really good.
One thing working well, is that I riff the idea for a particular feature with ChatGPT, and ask it to create the prompt for Codex.
Codex one shots the feature more often than not.
I was building an SEO strategy for Maqoro.com, to generate traffic whilst working on the app.
Well...I used a lot of AI generated content (I guided it). Initially I got good results, but Google soon realised it was low quality content.
Lesson learned.

I will be putting together the MVP for maqoro.com over the next couple of weeks.
Once it is up and running, would you be interested in a using it for free for 3 months in return for feedback?

Maqoro.com to automate their invoicing. Free up time for more development.
Yeah wow, that's a nice site. Nicely presented product. Might be good to have more idea on how you would use - why you would use it to give more inspo. The mobile site gives some nice examples, but they are missing from the desktop - would be useful.
