Where did I not fund transit? You want to show me where I voted against it
Bike lanes should be paid for by the folks who use them albeit very few. All of our resources between the 3 levels of government should be focused on greatly improving our Transit system here in HRM.
Iβm hoping for a dedicated Transit lane across the Mag Hill so more folks can get out of their cars
I am a strong advocate for expanding and connecting A/T trails within my district, separating pedestrians and vehicles.
I spoke with @billygillishrm.bsky.social last week for my year in review story. He discussed several topics of interest, including transit and the troublesome intersection at Wingate Drive #BeaverBank

Todayβs schedule includes attending Remembrance Day ceremonies at Hillside Park Elementary and Sackville High School, updates on district projects, and this evening Northwest Community Council.
Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Sackville Rivers Association annual dinner and auction with some colleagues, representing 3 levels of government. The SRA are stewards of our beloved rivers who do amazing work with limited resources. Not all heroes wear capes, some wear rubber boots.
More disinformation. Is that what I believe? Where did you hear that? Have you been following my platform and seeing what I am trying to achieve in Lower Sackville- Beaver Bank with regard to Active Transportation?
Really? Patting myself on the back. Trying to have a little fun with residents. Beaver Bank was misspelled, not the graffiti.Hundreds wanted it changed for years and have tried. Not one complaint has been received from the community regarding this intersection or its perceived dangers like you claim.
And Beaver Bank spelled correctly, long standing issue lol
Something looks a little different today with the signage at Beaver Bank Road and Glendale. π
