What's the real reason he keeps going on about the UK? The UK is bound by international laws & treaties that are weirdly that Churchill & all the heroes fought for in WWII, libery & the rule of law, a big thing in UK culture, the rule of law, not acting above it, ask Prince Andrew about it...

I know it's complicated, etc. But for the world's sake, this obstruction to basic access to health needs to be looked into asap. Should access to life-saving medicine be used as blackmail in the 21st century? The global pharmaceutical supply chain is not okay being so centralised. It's dangerous.

I'd like to know (as I don't). If a patented medicine is withheld due to extremes of purposeful out-pricing, which courts could rule that either it breaks market competition or releases a licence for another similar product to be manufactured elsewhere? Surely there's competition law on medicine?
