I remember in 2016, Elijah Cummings saying that there was a larger, more horrific story behind Trump's election. He went on to pursue avenues of investigation that would have led to Epstein: Black Cube, Deutsche Bank, Sater and Michael Cohen, etc. All investigations dropped after his 2019 death.

Mass markets get their covers torn off, sent back for credit and the book gets “trashed”.
My bookshelves are full of cover less mass markets.
