East End homes have provided a statement on the evening news saying the conditions are not acceptable, that’s a huge first step for the residents to achieve through their own campaigning, so you all deserve the real praise!

Disabled and elderly people are facing lengthy waits for simple changes to make their homes safer.

This includes renter Sam who's spent four years showering at the gym because her bathrooms haven't met her needs. She's also sustained injuries from falls.

Publication of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry phase 2 report The Inquiry published its final report on 4 September 2024. The Government will carefully consider its recommendations, to ensure that such a tragedy can never occur again.
