It feels like the thought of appearing like my actual skill level disturbs my ego so much, that i always go the extra mile and tryhard my work for days / weeks before im able to be even slightly comfortable showing it.

Im still working on Kagi's 200BPM sample challenge but its been about a month since i started and im not even close to done.

This is too much effort for a challenge and I wanna work on something else so bad but im in too deep at this point.

A little neat tip for the music-makers… if it doesn’t derail your creative flow too much, I will always recommend “pre-mixing” your songs as you write/produce them.

Honestly, sometimes that extra bit of “polish” & space between your tracks is the difference between an idea clicking or not!

Ive had some friends look at me like im deranged for doing this 😭

It's both a preservation thing (fear that replaying the unmixed ver too many times would overwrite my vision of it), and a skill thing (not confident enough that ima be able to get it sounding good again once the overwriting happens)

Fire as hell but nawww too many individual elements. Leaves less room for imagination :(

Can't speak on NATURE nature spots but go to Takayama. Super peaceful and chill.

Take ur time on the way too cuz last year I took a bus from Nagoya and I got to enjoy like 3-4 hours of BREATHTAKING Gifu Prefecture scenery. It was cloudy when I was there and it was still great, try when it's clear.
