After a consultation she chose to have him humanely euthanized as he would not be able to walk again and would not have a good quality of life. She is devastated. She picked him up from under a parked truck when he was only a few weeks old and she was his human his entire life. 😢
My daughter's 13 year old baby woke up yesterday unable to move his hind legs or tail and was lethargic. The vet revealed he had a blood clot in his spine area and more clots waiting to move and there was nothing they would be able to do.

Had a productive week and some time to explore in Doha-- outside of the American echo chamber. Listening to global voices in person provides a far better understanding of issues and ideas about humanitarian aid, human rights, women's rights, politics, the press, conflict, and security.
