Huh. This is the first time I heard they weren't the Blackbirds anymore.
To answer your question, as far as I'm aware, there are no other D1 shark teams.
That's okay, nobody visits us.
Man, I hadn't even thought about the fact that we'd have nowhere to train. Local high schools, maybe?
I'm kind of team burn-it-all-down at this point. Even if we're terrible this year, I like the idea of starting anew.
What if, instead of separating men's and women's restrooms, we just had floor to ceiling stalls for all, plus a small side room for urinals. Also with lasers that shoot anyone who opens the stall door to leave if there is pee on the seat.
I love the Barkley Marathons! As a distant observer.
The Seattle Supersonics would never.
Is that who we're playing right now?
vancouversouthsiders A football club should not be treated as a business venture able to be relocated when times are tough. People have real, emotional connections to the teams they support. There are thousands of British Columbians who feel this way, and who we know will be by our side as we push for a viable solution for the Whitecaps. We are proud of the part we played in ensuring The Crew stayed in Columbus, and we have friends across the league and city who will do the same for us. As things progress, you can expect a highly active supporters scene in Vancouver, from us and the other groups across the city. Our numbers are growing, participation and noise in the stands is at an all time high, and we're looking to deploy our largest tifos to date. Our message is clear, the Whitecaps belong to Vancouver, and we aren't going anywhere.
Forgot to do alt text. Here you go.
Just learning about this. The Whitecaps belong in Vancouver! @ladiesofskc.bsky.social
Was wondering the same!
Bad Bunny was fantastic! I don't remember a halftime show ever feeling quite this theatrical. My high school-level Spanish understood very little of it, but that was irrelevant... pure joy.
I see what you did there.
It is so weird to me that Trevor the Marvel actor/fake terrorist is the role Sir Ben Kingsley keeps returning to.
Anyway, Wonder Man is great and you should watch it.
Fisk.
I like it. George needs one last good trip.
I assume it's intentional. I hear she's considering branching out into musicals based on quirky children's literature.
In fairness, Son 4.0 is pretty awesome and full of books.
Would also accept women's soccer national team.
Looks like the Pluribus guy's notebook.
Citation needed.
Probably killed off a few germs while it was in there.
Gee, I never made the connection between my completely random suggestion and current events!
Hee, you nailed it.
This feels awfully wholesome coming from Vox.
Maybe a song from the perspective of a cranky toddler who needs a nap, and who is mad he didn't get an ice cream cone when another kid got one, so now he's going to steal someone's tricycle.
Just a random thought not inspired by anything in particular.
Dr. Gladys West, the pioneering mathematician whose work laid the foundation for modern GPS technology, has died. She was 95.
Valid. I do wish (and have for years) that there was some sort of premium content punchcard one could purchase to read paywalled articles. I have several subscriptions to news sources both local and national, but it's just not feasible to subscribe to them all.
Thank you! Just called my senators to request their votes. Not overly optimistic, because Kansas, but maybe Moran?
Was it the guy with the deep southern accent? If so, I'm 95% sure it's not an actual human.
