The whole idea of the the book is quite simple. It teaches you to make small 1% improvements to different aspects of your life, eventually achieving significant changes in yourself.

So, I will read 3 pages daily, it equals to 1% of the contents.😅

I decided to read "Atomic habits" book in Portuguese.

So, I will pursue 2 goals: to read the book itself and to improve Portuguese.
