One of the best shows I saw in the 00s was Ted Leo @ Magic Stick in Detroit. It was coincidentally the same night that Malice at the Palace happened. Was wild to have that on the screens and Pharmacists on stage.

Exactly that! I have no problem with PhDs authoritatively sharing all their hard-earned knowledge from their field. I struggle with folks using the Dr. title to gain credibility speaking as though they’re medical experts while not making it easy to discern their area of study.
Thank you for sharing what she is a “doctor” of. Anytime I see a person dispensing medical opinions who also refers to themself as Dr without an MD/DO, my skepticism is activated.

YEP! I manage 2 single-area focused journals. We run articles that reach differing conclusions and commentaries offering opposing perspectives.
So while we publish opposing viewpoints, we won't publish badly designed studies or pseudoscience. So if this is RFK-fueled, it probably doesn't count.
A tricky thing about modern society is that no one has any idea when they don’t die.
