Die Sache ist komplex, wie Merz sagen würde. Wenn ich jetzt halbtags arbeiten würde, um mich künstlerisch selbst zu verwirklichen kann auch das gesellschaftlich- kulturell zum Allgemeinwohl beitragen, ebenso wie viele ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten. Vielleicht hast Du recht: sinnentleerte Diskussion
Ja, ich glaube Pflege von Angehörigen und Kindererziehung sind nicht unbedingt mit der Entscheidung gleichzusetzen Teilzeit zu arbeiten damit man sich selbst verwirklichen kann. Pflege und Erziehung sind auch Dienst an der Gesellschaft und sollten so anerkannt werden. Leider noch völlig ungenügend.
