I have never managed to attach to a group or religion. I think the 12 steps really is a religious organization in many ways. In any case I never left the gold that they did indeed offer in the foundational steps shared at every meeting. I simply made it my own.

I use "sensitive" for those who might otherwise be labeled/drugged by psychiatry. Neurodiverse has become the norm. It is, however, being co-opted by psychiatry/pharma. I think that all human beings are naturally sensitive. Most are simply buried under conditioned BS. Language falls short here.
