Well, this morning, the startup of this old machine in me wasn't exactly on point. I warmed up my hand and my mind with a quick coloring of an old character research project for a project that never saw the light of day...
Now it's time for the "real" work... :)
Well, right now, not having time for long lunch breaks, I wanted to put this character, who's been around for 2-3 years, if I remember correctly, into summer camp. It's a project that ultimately never saw the light of day...
But I like this character... maybe he'll live on in another story one day.
Well, right now, I'm not very active on social media; I no longer have time to do "lunch break" drawings, and that's going to last until September.
See you soon! I'm going back to lock myself in my cave (I'm slipping in a little photo of this cave for those who haven't seen it before...
Sundays are spent working in the studio, and work also means lunch break.
And this afternoon, I was able to finish this old drawing from 2023, and I finally touched up and colored everything...
Now, I'm going back to my drawings.

I've been following a fantastic tattoo artist, FFPMIAO, on Instagram for a long time, and I love her work. She's incredibly talented!
I find her art and her world funny and inspiring, which helped me come up with this illustration for my lunch breaks.

Today, a short tribute illustration to my own comic book, Nevermoor. Released in 2023-24, it currently has two volumes. It's an adaptation of the first volume of Jessica Townsend's novel.
And during my breaks, I decided to feature the characters from my comics in a long frieze.
