the most spiritual ive ever felt was when i was like 6 and thought all the gods from all the religions were real but zeus was still the main one. and all the animal gods from princess mononoke were also involved
i get that this is just broadly what christianity is so i shouldnt be shocked. but im always kind of rooting for religion to finally contribute something positive to our society instead of being an excuse to torture your children
what made me feel kind of ill was seeing a blurb on their website about providing "guidance for parents of lgbtq kids" which is pretty sinister considering that the sermon included homosexuality & transition as examples of how perverse society is today. get this out of my town!

tbf my personal response to 2020 was quitting my job, moving away from all my loved ones and barely leaving the house until like april of last year so maybe its just brain damage from that
this probably reveals something about me idk, but when people say something is like "so 2022" im like. what are you talking about. i get when its referring to some specific trend or something but otherwise the past 6 years have been culturally & aesthetically homogeneous to me. a big blob of nothin'
2020-2026 has felt like one horrible endless year to me. it might just be me getting older but i feel like my sense of time & mentally organizing events chronologically has been absolutely fucked since 2020. does anyone else feel this way? brain damage from covid? it causes me endless anxiety
