Anyone else that runs in to issues when trying to deploy Network Security Perimeters in Azure? It doesn't matther what way i try to do the deployment I run in to an error saying that

'The resource type could not be found in the namespace 'Microsoft.Network' for api version '2023-08-01-preview'.
