Every time I'm on this app I'm struck by how much more of a positive place it is than X.
I hope the bksy team doesn't incorporate advertising into the platform anytime soon... I know it's not completely ruled off :/
The other day I read “they (elites) turned the meta into an ideological war so we’d forget about the class war” and I honestly can’t stop thinking about it
4. Projects that give users full ownership of their data and don't sell it
If you or anyone you know is building within these categories, hit me up? Would love to learn what is being built and potentially create some content around these projects too to highlight them and/or help them grow
3. Projects fighting misinformation online via fact-checking and/or teaching people how to spot propaganda. I know this is slightly different but the thinking is that you can create all the unifying tech you want, if polarizing content and fake news takes over it's going to tear ppl apart regardless
1. Projects that connect people authentically (ie think dating apps, religious tech, community platforms, etc)
2. Projects that help people express their creativity (so not just "influencer" content, but "creative" content at large) and compensate them fairly for it
