Just finished my last workout of the year! Going from poor diagnosis, poor numbers and inconsistency into showing up for myself and finishing strong. It's always going to be the flex I think it is.

Its been a long time...so here's a sort of #update
My dog died in June, I celebrated my birthday end of August. I Pretended to be okay until October. I remorned people I lost, cause dog loss, i began to showup for myself EVEN when it was hard...I'm still going.
I still have to learn how to do "where them fans at" BUT my favorite line dance is still the cupid shuffle
I really hate the "what do you bring to the table?" question...sir side eyes and attitude TF?! You're not a Fortune 500 company. Unless you're offering me a salary of 100k+ I bring nothing. I already have a table and my own supplies 😒

I grew up with Beyonce's music and I was listening to a compilation and the way she's matured! I wish they'd let Ciara do the same. I've always loved her voice, if they'd let her take chances she would be further in her evolution. Same with Brandy and Monica. So many not given a chance
