I made this animation exercise, using 8 frames and 100ms for all the movement cycles. I've tried to create different motions using the same limitations for everything.

Your animations looks amazing dude, I love its cartoon style movement. I would suggest to maybe give a darker or desaturated tone to the background, so the characters popup a bit and gives a better contrast to the scene.
